Congratulations Sabrina Stanley!

Customer Service Agent, Sabrina Stanley, has recently earned the designation of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative). This designation is offered by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, a leading source of knowledge for insurance and risk management professionals of every experience level.

To earn the CISR designation, one must complete five separate courses and pass five exams within a three year period.  In addition, to keep the designation, an annual update must be completed.  Courses include topics on auto exposures, personal residential property, commercial property & liability, as well as agency operations.

Sabrina joined Regency Insurance in 2009, and has been a licensed property casualty agent in the state of Ohio since 2006.  Quite frankly, she is one of the most knowledgeable, and professional insurance agents I’ve known in my 20+ years in the business.
